WILL ARIZONA HOUSING PRICES DROP IN 2024?
Average Home Prices: The average median home price in Arizona is $434,700, up by 4.6% YoY. In 2024, experts predict the median sale price will increase due to the tight inventory.
SHOULD I BUY A HOUSE NOW OR WAIT FOR A RECESSION?
While it's true that recessions can create opportunities to purchase homes at potentially lower prices, it's not guaranteed. Waiting for a recession to buy a house may not be the best strategy as home prices could remain high regardless of a recession. And more likely will!

Just because there's a recession or lack of home for sale, doesn't necessarily mean rent prices go down. In fact, during the 2008 recession, it was the exact opposite. (OK pay more rent or buy)?
