This one was special. My clients upgraded into a bigger home! They were able to get their departing residence under contract at the same time going under contract on their next purchase. 🏡

Everything was going great and as planned, I got them clear to close in 7 DAYS! Then, a couple days before closing, I get a phone call that the buyer to their departing residence lost his job and that there was no way they can save it from their side. 😵‍💫

This was a curve ball. Instantly, my focus was on how can I save this deal and allow my clients to close on their purchase that they really wanted. I looked for solutions and took this loan to another lender where we took advantage of a Buy Now Sell Later program that allowed us to unlock 80k of equity from their departing residence to close on the purchase! 🤯

Now we have 90 days to get the departing residence under contract. That’s plenty of time to sell for top dollar! 🙌🏽

When you have more loan options, you have more ways to help clients.
