Please join us in welcoming Erlinda Aguiar, MBA, CFEI, to AHCOPA as our new Housing Manager for the Lehigh Valley region! 🎉

As AHCOPA prepares to expand its presence in the Lehigh Valley, Erlinda brings decades of experience in banking, financial education, nonprofit leadership, and community development.

A Lehigh Valley resident since 1993, Erlinda has strong ties to the community. Her experience includes leading the Bank On Lehigh Valley initiative, working with the City of Allentown, and serving on numerous community boards and commissions.

Originally from El Salvador, Erlinda's passion for community service began as a teenager and continues to guide her work today.

We're excited to have Erlinda on our team as we prepare to expand access to homeownership education, housing counseling, and other housing resources throughout the Lehigh Valley!

When AHCOPA Community Ambassador Kim Mathis returned home to care for her mother, she discovered that her mother was facing significant debt and had no will in place. Her family eventually lost their Germantown home.

Kim's experience is one of the reasons she's passionate about helping others understand the importance of planning ahead.

Proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) could affect access to homeownership, affordable housing, and investment in underserved neighborhoods.
