Are you concerned/alarmed by the climate crisis?

Over the past year, the fossil fuel industry has been able to attack and dismantle ESG and divestment efforts in order to keep continued access to financial markets. Such access allows fossil fuel companies to start new drilling projects and continue pumping out oil, methane and CO2. The climate crisis is driven by fossil fuels and has put the planet at risk.

"While the planet is undergoing profound challenges due to climate change, investment professionals tend to not appreciate the connections to fossil fuel companies and their role in the crisis. Meanwhile, many investors of all age brackets do see the connection and are demanding better options for their investments."

With COP29 subverted by the fossil fuel industry and climate disasters mounting, it is clear humanity is rushing past the 1.5 Celcius limit...

Wall Street money is one of the fossil fuel industry's main enablers... inexpensive money from investor accounts allows companies to drill without regard to the consequences to the planet. Divestment is key, choosing a sustainable, livable future for the planet and all its inhabitants.

What is the path forward?
First we have to recognize that the climate crisis is going to destroy economies and societies...
