LEHB is here to assist you with any billing issues you may receive. However, in order for us to assist you we need an itemized bill sent to LEHB so we can assign it to a billing representative who will investigate. Claims investigation and resolution takes on average, 30 - 45 business days. You can send bills electronically to [email protected] and you will receive a response within 24 hrs on weekdays. You can also mail or drop off to 2233 Spring Garden St or 2848 St Vincent St. please include your full name, contact number, and payroll number when submitting any documentation.

LEHB will be holding two Diabetes Prevention Program series. It is a three week program that will be done virtually. We will have a morning series from 10am-11am on October 19th, 26th & November 2nd and an evening series from 5pm - 6pm on November 16th, 23rd and 30th. Click the link below or call LEHB to reigister.

Flu Shots now available at the LEHB Main Office, 2233 Spring Garden Street, Monday-Friday from 9am - 3pm. No appointment needed but please call ahead (215-763-8290) to ensure nurse available.

Additionally, flu shots are available at the LEHB Health and Wellness Center (9432 Roosevelt Blvd) in the Temple Medical Office during normal business hours. You can walk in or make an appointment at 215-707-2400 Option #2

There are also still appointments left for the Walk Through Event this Saturday at the Police Training Center for 9am-1:30pm, both FOP Drive Through events and all the district mini events. You can click below to register.

See the flyer below for our upcoming Health Screenings and Flu Shots. In addition to the flu shots listed on the flyer, There will also be small flu shot events at the following district/units:
October 13th - 35th District from 8am-9:30am and Narcotics Unit from 10:30am - 12 noon.
October 26th - Airport from 8am - 9:30am and 18th District from 10:30am - 12 noon.
November 3rd - DVIC (staff only) 8am - 9:30am and Traffic 10:30am - 12 noon.
November 5th - Police Headquarters 11am - 1pm.
