15 USC 1681 (d) (1) gives the definition of consumer report like this:

In general .— The term “consumer report” means any written, oral, or other communication of any information by a consumer reporting agency bearing on a consumer’s credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living which is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing the consumer’s eligibility for— (A) credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes; (B) employment purposes; or (C) any other purpose authorized under section 1681b of this title .

So can someone tell me where in this text does it say that FICO scores and Vantage scores are in a consumer report? NONE

So they tell us that payment history, credit utilization, age of your accounts make up FICO scores and Vantage scores right? YES

So credit cuzins, If FICO scores and Vantage scores are not part of a consumer report according to the law and late payment history and utilization make up those scores why are these crooks reporting late payments and utilization on your consumer file?

Here is a kicker: 15 USC 1681 (2)(a)(i) EXCLUSIONS FROM A CONSUMER CREDIT REPORT CLEARLY STATES

the consumer report does not include information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report.

So last I checked a late payment is a transaction and credit utilization is an experience so why are these crooks reporting this information on your credit report when the law clearly states that it’s not included on a consumer report.

YOU CONTROL THE NARRATIVE… Step on their necks and use your laws. It’s not that hard.

It’s your consumer file and you decide what you want on it. Keep pushing and keep fighting….We deleting ❌ and reversing all latest back to SENDER‼️
