We have four (4) basic programs: Fix and Flips, Cash-out/Term/Portfolio-blanket (3-200 properties) Refinancing, New Construction, and Commercial. Our minimum loan amount is $75K and our maximum is $200MM+ (Commercial). We offer both short term (1-4 years) and long term (30 years) loans. This is asset based lending which means the properties present and or future values will determine the terms for

the loans. Our minimum credit score requirement is a 620. To get a quote on any program we will need at minimum, completed application, copy of borrower(s) credit report, rehab/construction budget (if applicable) and purchase agreement (if applicable).
