When we needed pre-approval, we were able to correspond almost immediately and he got us the information we needed very quickly. Once we found our house, the process of getting a new mortgage was simple and straight-forward because we had Al and his team helping us through each step of the way. Crown Home Mortgage really held our hand through the whole process which was very appreciated and took so much stress off of me and my husband. We highly recommend him!
