The son of a canadien immigrant fayher and an irish mother Ouimet's love of golf started with him cqaddying at The Country Club in Brookline MA. Ouimet's accolades include winning the US Amatuer Championship twice and the us open. The Greatest game ever played is the winning story of one Francis Ouimet...If you haven't seen the movie I strongly recommend checking it out. Few american golfers will ever top the success of Ouimet. Ouimet was even named Golf Captain at the ancient and rotyal course at St Andrews.
