Thanks all for the birthday greetings. I do appreciate them. I'm not a big birthday type. However, I do think mine is rather special in that My mom is tied to it in more than giving birth to me. Pearl, on Pearl Harbor Day.

The number 14? While writing this it dawned on me, my mother passed April 10. April is the 4th month of the year.

Month 4, Day 10. You know where this is going if you read my post yesterday. Bellow is

My mother’s name is “Pearl”.

On this day December 7, 1964, at approximately 1:21 am, Pearl, on
Pearl Harbor Day, gave birth to 6.8 oz. Nicky Daniel Sheppard.

What?! Wait…? … huh?!

6.8? 6+8 = 14
