Most of our employees are still without power at home, going on Day 5. That’s the bad news. However, good news is that the City of Petoskey has restored their transformers and is gradually bringing power back online today. Our office phone is currently not in service.
It’s been a rough week so far for a lot of people and businesses, like a northern twilight zone!
Sounds of ice crashing to the ground and power flickers are still occurring. Today’s weather forecast is uncertain (wind gusts, rain, possibly more ice) but if all continues to move in the right direction, we anticipate that Talon Title Agency will re-open for business tomorrow, April 3rd!
We’ve seen a lot of photos of the destruction in Northern Michigan. Here are a few pics of the weird beauty within these crazy several days! Thank you for your patience as we aim to get back to some semblance of normal in the next 24 hours ❤️
