Beginning November 1, 2026 McKlarney Insurance Services office hours are changing.
For many years, Saturday mornings helped us serve customers who couldn’t stop by during the workweek. Today, the ability to write new policies, provide quotes, process payments, make policy changes, and answer questions about claims by phone, text or messenger, allows us to continue providing that same personal service without requiring an in person visit to the office.

Our office may be closed on Saturdays moving forward, but you can still reach me. Please continue to call 304-753-9704 or text 304-646-4464, including evenings and weekends. If I’m unable to respond immediately, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Over the past 30 years, this agency has been about much more than insurance policies. It’s about relationships, trust, and caring for the people in our community. So many of you feel like family, and I remain committed to helping you with every part of your insurance needs. Thank you for allowing me to care for you and your families.

Our Saturday office hours are changing, but the personal service you count on is here to stay.
