Another success story for one of our borrowers 👏🏽

We helped our borrower secure a cash-out refinance on a property he owned free and clear in the beautiful and highly exclusive area of Mill Valley, near the tip of Strawberry Point. The goal was to access equity from the property to invest back into both the property itself and his other rental properties, strengthening and enhancing the performance of his real estate portfolio.

Fast forward to today — the property has officially sold in less than 30 days on the market 🔥

This deal came through a great referral partner ☝️

The borrower owned the property free and clear and was renting it out—but after looking at recent comparable sales, he realized there was a much bigger opportunity.

So instead of continuing to rent it, he decided to fix it up and go for a higher resale value.

The property was held in a trust, which added a few layers of complexity, but we were able to navigate through it and get the deal closed.

Now the remodel is underway, and he’s on track to significantly increase the property’s value.
