🏡🔑 Some homebuyers make the journey memorable… and some make you laugh the entire way! 😂
This homebuyer brought such great humor to every meeting, and I can honestly say every time we got together was fun and guaranteed to make me laugh. ❤️
I truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of their homebuying journey and, most of all, their trust and business!
A BIG thank you to their amazing Realtor Tracey Hagan Team, Re/Max Realty Experts for helping them navigate the search and find the home that was just right for them! 🏡🔑 It takes a great team to make the journey come together.
Congratulations to them on their new home! May the walls of their new home be filled with lots of laughter, countless memories, and many happy years ahead! ❤️
Thank you for making this journey so much fun! 💚
🏡 THIS ONE TOOK SOME GRIT. ❤️
Not every home-buying story is “We found the perfect house, made an offer, and got it!” Sometimes the real story is a whole lot messier.
These buyers started looking nearly a year ago. They found homes they loved. They wrote offers. Strong offers. And three different times, they found themselves competing in multiple-offer situations…and three different times, someone else got the house.
So they took a break.
A couple of months later, we started again. Two more houses. Two more strong offers. Two more multiple-offer situations. And two more disappointments.
That’s five times they put themselves out there, pictured their family in a home, did everything they reasonably could to compete…and heard no.
Buying a home in this market can be hard. It can be frustrating. It can make you wonder if you should just give up for a while.
But then came house #6. ❤️
And THIS time, we got the YES! 🙌
The funny thing is, looking back now, I think they’ll agree that those five “no’s” led them exactly where they were supposed to be. Because this house gives their family things those other homes simply didn’t—room for everyone, a garage, a full usable basement, plenty of bathrooms so nobody has to wait 😂, and even a fenced backyard for the family’s newest addition…their puppy! 🐶
So today’s closing post is about more than handing over keys.
It’s about hanging in there.
If you’re a buyer who has lost out on a house—or two…or five—I know it’s discouraging. Take the break if you need it. Regroup. But don’t assume that a “no” means it isn’t going to happen.
Sometimes #6 is the one. 🏡🔑❤️
Congratulations to this sweet family. You EARNED this closing day, and I couldn’t be happier for you! 🎉
