WE'RE HIRING! We're looking for a full-time OFFICE COORDINATER.
Who we are looking for:
• Must be able to assist our customers and make them feel welcomed when they come in or call.
• Must be detail oriented & able to follow direction
• Must have a POSITIVE attitude & enjoy working with people
• Must be able to work without supervision and know when to ask questions.
• Must be able to manage your time efficiently and a team of free spirits.
• Must be able to assist in developing and executing company policies and procedures and ensure implementation.
• QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Docs & Sheets experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone, greet customers, estimate in-house orders, manage work orders, invoicing, manage account receivables, filing, ordering supplies, running errands, create bank deposits, general office procedures and assist with in-shop graphics.
Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday; Benefits include PTO, holidays, IRA retirement
