We've seen an increasing amount of roofing scams happening in our area. 🚨

People are going door-to-door claiming your home suddenly has storm damage—and that your insurance will cover a full roof replacement.

What they’re doing:
- Claiming to “see” damage from the street
- Offering free roof inspections
- Pressuring you to file an insurance claim immediately or trying to file one on your behalf
- Asking you to sign contracts on the spot

What to do instead:
- Don’t sign anything without verifying the company
- Contact your insurance agent before filing a claim
- Get a second opinion from a trusted, local roofer
