We understand Alfa® customers are among those impacted by the federal government shutdown.

To ensure your insurance coverage is not interrupted during this time, we are offering to temporarily suspend policy cancellations due to non-payment of premium and waive late fees for affected customers.

Hardship requests are being reviewed based on individual circumstances for federal employees who are furloughed or working without pay and whose policies were in force on the date of the shutdown (Oct. 1). Those facing financial difficulty should contact their local Alfa service center or our Customer Resource Center at 1-800-964-2532.

This position will assist in managing policies, communicate with policyholders, and provide an overall better/personal experience to our customers. You will also have the opportunity to market and sell new insurance products.

Full Time: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Pay: Salary (TBD based on experience) + Commission

Required Licenses: Property and Casualty. If you don't have one, I can assist in the licensing process.

Previous Insurance experienced preferred but not required. Must have experience in customer service or sales. Dependable, Compassionate, Charismatic and the ability to self-motivate is a must.
