Over the past year BCFCU partnered with WCTV.tv to sponsor the Scholar Athlete of the Week program, which culminated in awarding the two Scholar Athletes of the Year last night at their end of year banquet. We are so very proud and honored to have been able to participate in this event and award two $1,000 scholarships to these two extremely deserving student athletes. All those nominated over the course of the school year were extremely deserving and represent everything good about the young people in our communities. We wish them nothing but continued success as they continue their academic and athletic endeavors!

Amanda Thompson and Walker Elrod earned $1000 scholarships from Blue Coast Federal Credit Union for winning Scholar Athlete of the Year.

We apologize, but our blood drive scheduled for today had to be cancelled last minute. We will have our next drive on Friday, June 19th. We will post sign up information as we get closer to the event. If you would like to donate in the future it helps us a great deal if you schedule a donation time with OneBlood with the specific blood drive information provided on the flyer so we can adequately prepare for how many people plan to donate. As always, walk-ins are always welcome and we appreciate all of you who take time to donate at our drives each and every time. We hope everyone has a great weekend!
