There’s nothing quite like watching your kids hit big life milestones… and today was a special one. ❤️🏡

My son and daughter-in-law officially closed on their first home, and I couldn’t be more proud of them!

While I wasn’t able to handle the loan myself (probably for the best 😉), I’m so thankful they were in great hands. A big thank you to Susan Brandon at Morris Bank for taking such great care of them throughout the process, to Savannah Maddox for helping them find the perfect place to call home, and to John Hulbert with Walker Hulbert Gray and Moore for ensuring everything went smoothly at closing.

Seeing this from the “mom side” instead of the “loan officer side” just hits different—and I loved every minute of it.

So proud of you both and excited for all the memories you’ll make in your new home! 🏡✨
