🚨 SCAM ALERT! 🚨

We had a client come into our office today in a panic after calling what they thought was their insurance carrier. They were told their payment hadn’t been received and they needed to pay immediately or their policy would be cancelled.

Thankfully, they came to us first.. because they were talking to scammers. 😳

The number was VERY similar to the carrier’s real number, and while on the phone, the scammers even opened a chat through the REAL carrier website and attempted to cancel the client’s policy. 🤯

Thankfully, we got everything straightened out, but y’all, these scams are getting GOOD.

⚠️ If anyone tells you that you need to make an immediate insurance payment, hang up and call your agent or the verified number on your policy.

And if you’re our client? Call us. We’d much rather double-check something for you than see you get scammed! ❤️

Truth matters. Especially when it comes to your coverage.

Flooding can happen anywhere - in heavy rain, flash floods, storm surge, and even poor drainage. Standard homeowners insurance does NOT cover flooding.

A separate flood policy can help protect your home and your belongings when you need it most.

Not sure if you need flood insurance? Give us a call!

🌀 Hurricane season is here. 🌀

The best time to prepare isn't when a storm is in the Gulf -> it's before one is even named.

Take a few minutes this week to:
✔️ Review your insurance coverage
✔️ Document your belongings
✔️ Build an emergency kit
✔️ Know your evacuation zone

A little preparation now can make a big difference later.

If you'd like to review your homeowners, flood, or wind coverage before storm season ramps up, our team is here to help.
