Congratulations to our very own, Taylor Brenner. 👏 Taylor joined us in 2022 with no experience in insurance but it was obvious it was in her veins from day 1, as she follows behind her Great Grandmother & joins her Mother in this family run agency, we couldn't be more excited to announce she has passed her 2-20 state exam and becomes an Agent. 😊

Good news for many Florida drivers! 🚗💙

Due to recent Florida insurance reforms, Progressive is issuing refunds or premium credits to some auto policyholders. We’ve received a lot of calls about this, so we wanted to share a quick explanation 👇

✔️ Some clients may receive a refund check
✔️ Others may see a credit applied to their policy
✔️ Some policies may not qualify, depending on individual factors
✔️ This is a one time refund/credit

These refunds are related to changes in state regulations and pricing adjustments — they are not the result of anything you did wrong or need to fix.

👉 Refunds/credits are being processed automatically so if you notice a (positive) change in your bill, this may be the reason!
