Congratulations to Frank Prince of Ripley for receiving the Payne County Bank Community Bankers Scholarship. The scholarship provides $2,500 per year for four years, totaling $10,000 to attend the post-secondary school of his choice. PCB has pledged over $1 million in scholarships to area students.
