The Golden Giving Tree is all about making sure older adults in our community feel remembered, valued, and cared for during the holidays. With UCB’s support, we’ll have the opportunity to bring a little extra joy to local seniors through thoughtful gifts and the generosity of our amazing community.

Stay tuned — we’ll be sharing more details soon about how YOU can pick a tag and help make the holidays a little brighter for a neighbor in our community!

UCB will never call, text, or email you asking for your personal information and if you ever get a call, text, or email asking for personal information, it's a scam!

Excuse our mess!

If you've been in our downtown Perham location recently you've noticed some big changes coming! We're doing a little remodeling to improve everyone's experience!

Our lobby is open and will remain open during our construction over the next few weeks but please be aware of some of the work we have going on!
