We had another day of excellent weather and a few firsts on our tour today that came to a "smashing" end 😜

This is the first tour I can remember where all of the homes were in the Club which made it easy to get around, the first time we had a pool that wasn't in the backyard and the first time I've seen one of the main floor plans modified to accommodate multi-generational living!

Congratulations to the for winning the Best Home on Tour Award after a tie-breaker vote for their listing on Muirfield!

All in all, it was a great tour today!

Median list price saw some changes this week in most markets though prices still remain pretty strong. Average days on market has some slight changes and inventory is up a little bit in every market but Avondale this week.
