We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your patience and understanding during the recent office renovation and makeover that took place over the past three weeks. The contractors and our dedicated team have been nothing short of incredible throughout this process. We are excited to announce that we will be sharing photos of the newly renovated office on our page once the finishing touches and new furniture are in place.
Despite the ongoing renovations, we are proud to say that we have successfully handled hundreds of calls remotely over the past three weeks. Thanks to amazing advancements in technology, our team was able to answer your calls without any delays, even while new flooring and walls were being installed. This level of uninterrupted service would have been virtually impossible when we first embarked on this journey back in April 1980.
As we look forward to the next 45 years, we are filled with excitement to continue providing our customers, both old and new, with simply outstanding service. Your unwavering support and loyalty have been the driving force behind our success, and we are committed to surpassing your expectations every step of the way.
We are currently putting on the finishing touches, including adding new furniture and beautiful artwork, and we are pleased to announce that we will be fully operational starting Monday morning, May 13, 2024. It feels like just yesterday when we started this journey in April 1980, and with each passing year, our energy and enthusiasm only grow stronger. We feel like we're 16 all over again, and our aspirations for the future are soaring.
We would also like to give a special shout-out to Ron, Brittany, Stephanie, Valda, and Delores for their outstanding contribution to our success at the 2024 Peoria Home Show held at the Civic Center. We had the pleasure of meeting some truly amazing individuals, and their positive feedback has been truly inspiring. In fact, we are thrilled to announce that we have already reserved our State Farm Booth for the 2025 Peoria Home Show, which is held annually at the Peoria Civic Center.
