My belief in health is wholesome. Meaning your whole health. That's physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and financial. Each of these health topics affects one another. So we need to strive to have good health in each and every aspect. Great health in all of these areas at the same time is rarely achieved. Being mindful of where we are at in each of these areas helps to motivate us to do healthy things. I am available to encourage you in any or all of these aspects of your health.
p.s. I am not a licensed doctor or pharmacist. I am a licensed insurance agent who talks on these subjects every day. My understanding of these subjects are from continuous education, practical application, lifelong experience, discussions with doctors, pharmacists and many other healthcare and senior service professionals.

I just got over covid, my first and only experience with it. I was exhausted for one full day. The second day I tested positive. I took a small dose of ivermectin. Within six hours I was back on my feet for good. I continued it with zinc, Vitamin D, C and more and was doing yard work on the fourth day. I tested positive on the fifth day again. I was tired each night and slept more, but while I stayed home for two weeks, I worked at home at a near normal pace. Talk to your doctor about ivermectin or go to Mexico and get it OTC.

The Medicare Part B premium adjusts each calendar year. For 2022, beneficiaries will see the largest premium $ increase in history. Part of that increase has been attributed to one new drug, Aduhelm. Originally set at a price of $56,000, Biogen has cut that in half. The Director of HHS Becerra has called for a reset on the Part B premium given the price reduction and now limited access to the medication.

The even bigger problem here is that this was even approved by the FDA (and three advisors resigned over it). The effectiveness shown is a mere 25%! Aduhelm has been marketed as an effective treatment for Alzheimer's disease. It's very emotional to deal with dementia (my mom has it). This largely ineffective, outrageously expensive drug is taking advantage of people desperately looking for help. Plus all Medicare beneficiaries are now paying for it!

Medicare has been ordered to reassess its Part B premium increase for 2022 "given the dramatic price change of the Alzheimer's drug Aduhelm."

Our fearless AZ Attorney General is looking into the authoritarianism present in our corporate health care system. Banner Health is Arizona's largest employer and the worst offender of employee rights and freedoms. This is happening across our country. Also included here and happening everywhere is the lunacy of firing non-vaccinated doctors and nurses who are COVID-negative and putting to work vaccinated and COVID POSITIVE doctors and nurses!!! Unless you have an emergency, stay away from hospitals until this Omnicron, flu and cold season subsides.
