✨ Employee Spotlight ✨

Meet Ashley, one of our amazing team members at CEFCU!

💙 Position: Senior Member Service Representative
📅 Time with CEFCU: 5 years

Ashley came to CEFCU after working as a retail manager and realizing she wanted more time with her family. As a single parent, having evenings and weekends at home with her kids was important, and CEFCU gave her the opportunity to build a meaningful career while maintaining a true work life balance. The strong benefits and growth opportunities made the decision even easier.

Ashley began her CEFCU journey in 2021 as an Out of State Title Clerk. In 2022, she transitioned into a Member Service Representative role at the Morton Member Center, where she spent nearly two years before advancing to her current role as a Senior Member Service Representative at the Germantown Hills branch. She recently celebrated her two year milestone in this position.

When asked what she would share with potential candidates, Ashley says the biggest benefit is the work life balance. Whether it was flexible scheduling in back office roles or supportive management in the member centers, CEFCU has allowed her to spend quality time with her kids and boyfriend while continuing to grow professionally.

We are so glad to have Ashley on our team and appreciate everything she does for our members every day!

Say hello to Natasha, one of the dedicated team members behind the scenes at CEFCU!

💙 Role: Risk Analyst in Fraud Prevention and Response
📆 With CEFCU: 14 years this July

Natasha joined CEFCU at 25 after spending over seven years in retail and knowing she was ready for a true career. With encouragement from a former coworker, she took a leap into the unknown and it turned out to be the best decision she could have made.

She started as a Member Assistant in Scheduling Pool, now called Staffing Support, where she traveled to multiple member centers and connected with employees across the organization. From there, she moved into Member Assistant roles at the Washington and East Peoria Member Centers and later found her passion in Credit Card Operations. Today, she continues her journey as a Risk Analyst, helping protect members through her work with debit and credit cards.

One of Natasha’s favorite benefits of working at CEFCU is tuition reimbursement. She returned to school and is now in her final year at Illinois Central College earning her Associates degree in Business. Thanks to CEFCU, she has been able to pursue her education without student debt. She also values the generous personal and vacation time, which has allowed her to balance work, family, health, and life outside the office.

We are grateful for Natasha’s commitment, growth, and passion over the last 14 years!
