This achievement would not be possible without the help of all my strong partnerships with builders, agents, transaction coordinators, attorneys, title companies, insurance companies, home inspectors and contractors!

We are already well into 2026, and just this week, Levin Rinke announced we are partnering with Forbes Global Properties which will benefit our clients with eveb more exposure. I’ll be highlighting more of thier features in the weeks to come!

2024 was a pivotal year for the Real Estate Industry, both nationally and locally! It brought many changes in how we do business, but we collectively persevered!

Transactions take a village, but I have always believed the relationships are more important than the transactions. It takes a team of other Realtors, buyers, sellers, builders, tradesmen, inspectors, lenders, insurers, title companies, attorneys, municipalities, and TRUST to make the magic happen!

I'm grateful for all of my clients who placed their trust in me throughout my career, and especially during the changes we faced last year. Thank you! I also want to thank my family and friends who kept me sane through it all.

2024 was a personal best for me, and I have carried that momentum into the new year. As of January of this year, I am now licensed in the State of Alabama, and look forward to serving more people in both Florida and Alabama.
