⚠️ Home buyers are skipping the right house…

And it’s happening over something that’s completely negotiable.

Some sellers aren’t advertising a buyer agent commission up front anymore.
That doesn’t mean they won’t pay it.

That part of the deal is often negotiated in the offer along with price and terms.

So skipping a showing because compensation isn’t disclosed upfront could mean walking away from the right home for the wrong reason.

Your agent’s job is to negotiate the full deal.

📌 Bottom line:
Don’t eliminate the right home before the negotiation even starts.
