This denial occurred 10 months ago, when the carrier paid out $0 for a windstorm that damaged 30+ shingles on this home in Navarre. The homeowner does the right thing, asks a licensed roofing contractor to repair the area that was leaking per the insurance carrier, yet 10 months later, it begins leaking again.

Shingle repairs on roofs with deteriorated shingles hardly go well, which is why we fight for total roof replacements every single day. Always ask for a second opinion; you don't want your roof to leak a year after you spend hard-earned money on a repair that was doomed to fail from the start.
