Step Two: Start tracking—daily & weekly.
Step Three: Use those numbers to make decisions.

So, what daily numbers should you track? Here’s what you’d have to track during the CEO Challenge:

- Fuel Transactions
- Material Purchases
- Field Labor Dollars
- Total Revenue Earned
- Actual Hours on the Job

By the end of the week, you’ve got 4 solid days of data. We use that data to figure out your profitability for the week. Some would call it magical; we call it MATH.

Our LCL Q2 Planning Session was 🔥🔥🔥!! We spent time with our clients reflecting, strategizing, and planning for the next couple of months.

It’s taking a small amount of time like THIS, getting around GOOD community, and thinking about what comes next that sets the BUSINESS OWNER apart from the self-employed person.

We’ll check in next at our monthly workshop, CEO After Hours, in April!
