Tax Rules on Buying Bullion from Roberts & Roberts -

No sales tax regardless of the size of the order or products when shipped out of state.
No sales tax when the total invoice exceeds $500 when sold in person in our office or shipped in-state.
No sales tax on US Mint products, regardless of the invoice amount.

So, the sale of one Silver Round or silver Maple Leaf would be taxed if the sold in our office or shipped to a Florida address. The same item shipped to someone in another state would not be taxed.

The sale of any amount of Silver American Eagles would not be taxed whether sold in office or shipped anywhere.
