We are located at 123 N New Warrington Rd, Pensacola, FL 32506 between David's Catfish House and Pete Moore Chevrolet. We have been in business since 1999 and we are proud of our Customer Service. The one thing that sets us apart from our competitors is our Customer Service and our willingness to listen. We are currently able to sell policies in Florida and Alabama. No matter what your insurance needs are, please give us a chance to do a quote for you. We offer Auto, SR22 & FR44, Homeowner, Renters, Flood, Motorcycle, ATV & Side by Sides, Dirt Bikes, RV, Boat & PWC, Commercial Auto and General Liability, Worker's Comp and Life Insurance. We offer insurance for those that are having a hard time finding coverage. We are locally owned and operated. We are open 6 days a week, Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 4 pm.

Following Hurricane Isaias, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Department of Financial Services (DFS) have opened two Insurance Assistance Hubs in the Panhandle to help policyholders file claims and speak directly with insurance carriers.

What to Expect

In-Person Support: Insurance company representatives and DFS Division of Consumer Services staff are on-site to help file claims on the spot and answer questions.

Preparation Tip: Bring photos, videos, and policy documentation of your property damage to speed up the process.

🌀 STORM CLEANUP ASSISTANCE: Call the Crisis Cleanup hotline at 1-800-451-1954

BRACE is urging Escambia and Santa Rosa county residents affected by Hurricane Isaias to call the Crisis Cleanup hotline at 1-800-451-1954 to request assistance with tree work, debris cleanup, roof tarping, mucking out and gutting storm-damaged homes.

Crisis Cleanup records requests and makes them available to participating relief organizations. Depending on available volunteers and resources, assistance may include:

• Cutting and removing fallen trees.
• Clearing storm debris.
• Installing temporary roof tarps.
• Removing mud and water-damaged belongings.
• Removing damaged drywall and other materials through mucking and gutting.

Assistance provided through participating volunteer organizations is free. Submitting a request does not guarantee service or a specific response time.
