Carrier’s today can receive claims by phone, email, their website, and even text. Your policy will inform you of all the ways your carrier can take a claim. When you know the name of your insurance carrier, the policy number, and the ways to file a claim, it takes just minutes to file a claim. Meet the team Monday is our newest employee, Isaiah Whipple. Isaiah was introduced to Insurance about 3 months ago when he started working at DGIA. Isaiah is one of our customer service representatives in the Pensacola office. Isaiah loves working at DGIA because he gets to communicate with so many different people. When Isaiah is not working, he enjoys going hiking and reading a good book. When Isaish was a little kid, he dreamed of being an author.

Meet the team this week is Chris Medley! Chris is an Agent located in our Pensacola office. He attended Troy State, minoring in Business Management. Chris grew up in Pensacola where he worked in the automotive industry for 25 years, closely working with a wide range of insurance companies. Chris decided he needed to shift career fields in 2022 after cultivating many friendships and business contacts, he became an insurance agent at DGIA. He has excelled as an agent and enjoys helping people save wherever he can. He has been married to his wife, Brandy Medley for 7 years and they together have 3 children, Blakely, Ben and Breelynn. On his weekends off Chris enjoys spending time with his family, fixing up his beloved home, enjoying our local beaches and finding new local restaurants he and his wife have yet to explore.

Meet the team Monday is Ansley Gill. Ansley is our Director of Marketing and a Customer Service Representative in Pensacola. Ansley is currently getting her BA in Communication Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg and started working with us part-time in December of 2021, helping us in all different parts of DGIA. Ansley loves working in the insurance industry because she gets to help insureds out with their needs, while letting the outside world know more about DGIA through social media, our website, and when she is out and about in the community. On the weekends, Ansley loves to hang out with her friends and family on the boat or at the beach. Every time Ansley comes home to Pensacola, she loves to go to Cactus Flower and get their queso.

Meet the team this week is Peyton Shelton. Peyton is one of our customer service representatives in Gulf Breeze. Peyton has her BA in Communications Studies, and joined us and the insurance industry a little under a year ago. Peyton loves working in the insurance industry because there is always a task to be completed. To-do lists and making sure everything gets done is really fun to her! Peyton has been married for 6.5 years and has a 2 year old son. Peyton also has a dog named “Monkey” because her husband wanted a real Monkey and she told him that would never happen, so they named their puppy “Monkey.” Peyton’s favorite song for karaoke is “Miss Independent” by Kelly Clarkson yet, ironically, she fully relies on her husband to cheer her on while she sings.
