Cindy, you lead with heart, accountability, and an unmatched commitment to growth. You embraced the learning curve, leaned into challenges, and never once backed away from the work. “Believe In Yourself, Unleash Your Inner Hero”

What started as a simple idea has already turned into something bigger than us.

Together with our elementary school partners, including the Superhero 1st grade class of Legendary 1st Grade Teacher Lori Christianson, we’ve now planted over 100 acts of kindness throughout the Gulf Breeze and Pensacola community. From Scenic Highway to St. Ann’s and throughout Gulf Breeze proper, these rocks are now sitting quietly where someone needs them most.

In honor of Literacy Week, every quote written on these rocks this week comes directly from books. Words meant to be read, felt, and shared, turning stories into encouragement out in the real world.

A special thank you to Scarlett and Savannah Parks, who spent time in our office helping create these rocks. What began as kids being around the office turned into volunteer hours, teamwork, and an opportunity for Savannah, an 8th grader, to earn hours toward National Junior Honor Society while helping our daily flow. Service, learning, and leadership all coming together.

Each rock carries a message of encouragement, strength, hope, and belief. Small reminders that you’re not alone and that every role and every person matters.

And this is just the beginning. We’re only getting started.
