Y’all know I LOVE a file where I can really show how I get down. 😮‍💨🔥

This client came in with collections, charge-offs/accounts and a LOT of negative reporting. In this round alone, 29 disputed items were deleted — 31 total deletions since starting with AOS Impact Solutions

Some of the balances tied to accounts we got deleted included:

💰 $859 – IC System
💰 $697 – Portfolio
💰 $697 – Portfolio RC
💰 $540 – Collection account

That’s over $6,600 in reported balances tied to deleted tradelines. 👏🏽

And the scores moved too:
🔥 Experian: 540 → 642 = +102 POINTS
🔥 Equifax: 622 → 650 = +28 POINTS
🔥 TransUnion: 603 → 640 = +37 POINTS
A 102-point increase on Experian?!

Yeah… we WORKING over here. 😂🔥

THIS ONE RIGHT HERE?! 😮‍💨🔥

When I first looked at this file, the previous score was showing 4. YES… FOUR. The lowest I have personally seen come across my desk.

And y’all already know—I LOVE the files that make people say, “Ain’t no way.” Because this is where you get to see how I get down. 💪🏽

This client had multiple CHILD SUPPORT accounts reporting, including:
💥 $47,107
💥 $10,645
💥 $4,647

That’s $62,399 in child support reporting that we challenged.
And in ONE ROUND? 👀

✅ Child Support — DELETED
✅ Child Support — DELETED
✅ Child Support Collection — DELETED
✅ Additional negative account — DELETED
✅ 6 disputes deleted this round
✅ 15 deletions total reflected on the file

And look at what the updated report is showing now:
🔥 Equifax: 676
🔥 Experian: 618
🔥 TransUnion: 676

I’m not scared of a complicated credit report. Those are actually some of my FAVORITE ones to work on because we can dig into exactly what is reporting, how it is reporting, and whether it can be verified and reported accurately.

If you have child support reporting on your credit and it’s tearing your profile up, COME SEE ME. Don’t just sit there assuming nothing can be done because it says “child support.” Let me look at the REPORT first. 💯

💳 CREDIT TIP OF THE DAY: Your due date and statement closing date are NOT the same thing!

Your due date is when your payment is due. Your statement closing date is when your card issuer typically calculates your statement balance—and that balance may be what gets reported to the credit bureaus.

So even if you pay your card on time, a high balance showing around your statement closing date can still make your credit utilization look high.

📌 Example: If your limit is $1,000 and your statement closes while your balance is $800, your reported utilization could appear to be around 80% on that card.

Paying on time protects your payment history. Keeping balances low helps manage utilization. Both matter!

Eviction Hack‼️ Anyone facing eviction?? READ ENTIRELY…

The rental office can NOT evict you if you pay SOMETHING on your rent 👀✍🏽

Let’s say you owe the rental office $2000 and they are threatening to evict you for non payment.

If you pay SOMETHING on it like $300 or $400 they can no longer push the eviction and the eviction process will “reset” because you’ve made some type of payment now leaving the “nonpayment” part untrue.💡

The problem is when yall receive the eviction notice..
You don’t pay anything 🤦🏽‍♀️

This gives them the right to continue with the eviction until you’re evicted because of non payment of rent.

You just need to pay SOMETHING towards it and each time you make a payment it resets the eviction process over and over again…a payment will prolong the eviction process 😜😉

You will do this until you have all the rental amount owed in full to avoid eviction altogether 🙃

If your apartment don’t accept partial payment then this won’t help !
