At the heart of it all is Sandy’s passion for serving the customer well. She said, "You never know how a day or interaction might go until you are able to make a customer smile or laugh. When they walk out the door with a smile, you know you’ve served them well.”

Shannon Long shared her appreciation for Sandy’s reliability and the calm, steady leadership she brings to the team. Whether supporting in Pella, Knoxville, or Melcher-Dallas, Sandy is someone others can count on—always willing to step in, help out, and bring years of experience to every situation.

Lisa Walters also expressed her appreciation for Sandy’s commitment, professionalism, and the way she cares deeply for both customers and coworkers. Sandy’s leadership shows not just in what she knows, but in how she supports those around her every day.
