🚨🚨🚨 As we prepare for Beryl, All of our office locations (Pearland, Missouri City, and Sugarland) will be servicing our insureds REMOTELY tomorrow, July 8th. Please be patient and leave a message if needed and we will return those calls and/or text messages in the order in which they come in (if we do not answer on your first try). All Agency locations will be available from 9A to 6P and we also have a storm Emergency Customer support line as back up if we lose power. Simply call the phone number below if you need to file a claim.
A few things to keep in mind IF damage does occur:
✅ Make a reasonable effort to prevent further loss without putting yourself or your family in danger.
✅ Take photos of the damage before remediation if possible.
✅ Watch out for unethical contractors who will be out trying to take advantage of the unfortunate situation.
✅ Always CONTACT US BEFORE to answer questions and DO NOT pay anyone anything until they have completed whatever work you are asking them to perform.
✅ They must provide you with receipts/invoices for the work they are doing/going to do, such as tarping a roof or removing a tree that falls on your roof, ect.
✅ AGAIN, Call or text any of our offices with questions.
