The time difference between coasts meant that I woke up to urgent texts about things that had to be done right away, which was very stressful.
I'm still waking up with panic in my chest.

It would have been great to know a couple of days in advance what was coming - or even the day before, so I could spend the evening doing it and submit it the night before it was needed. Being given a longer list of steps at the start of the process would not help, as I would not be able to keep track of a longer list of actions.
