Busy couple of weeks and I'm just getting around to posting about this.

Even large and sophisticated IT departments are paying the actual ransom to get control of their systems back! Hackers just need an email address hooked to live person that is not aware of the methods people are duped into clicking on things and *bham*...

They'll ask smaller businesses for 10, 15, 20k instead of 5m. It still will hurt.

Recently, there's been a number of clients that have told me mailed checks for premium payment are taking very long to arrive and post. Other clients are managing their cash flow tightly and paying at the last minute.

Regardless of how payments arrive at the insurance company, allowing a policy to go into cancellation for non-payment of premium can be a detriment to your insurance program, especially if it's repetitive.

A cancellation notice is a little bit more than a billing late notice. Let's take a look.
