I don’t like to brag on myself, but I’m really proud of this one. 😊

I received a contract on 6/25 for a great buyer whose file had been mishandled by a major bank. Fast forward just 4 business days, the closing package has already delivered to the closing attorney.

Oh… and we were able to get the buyer a slightly lower interest rate too. 🙌🏾

Sometimes all it takes is having the right loan officer in your corner. Let me be your hero. 🦸🏽‍♀️🏡

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted on here, but I’m still very much serving my clients and helping families get to the closing table 🏡🤍

Today just reminded me what truly matters most. My daughter served for the first time as an usher, and getting to share that moment with my mom… three generations in one space hit different!🥹

I’m always grateful to help people get home loans… but also grateful for legacy 💙

Clients like these are the reason I take my work personally.

I met them through the Homes for Heroes program in 2019 when they purchased their first home. (Slide two is from the original closing and somehow he hasn’t aged at all!)

Six years later, when it was time to sell and upgrade, they came back, and that’s not something I take lightly.

With a recent improvement in rates, we were able to refinance them 0.875% lower just 8 months later. I missed their purchase closing in May so I had to pull up on them today!

I work hard to do right by people and leave a lasting impression. I’m forever grateful for their continued trust and business…and for their military service!
