So what is the big news you were asking??

#1- We have welcomed our newest full time employee into the Rim Country Insurance family! Very exciting! As we are finally staffed enough, the client service center I have had will be scarcely used:) Just info for all you current clients! Back to the way it used to be! Woohoo!!

#2- Well, it has been a long journey but as of 09/01/2024, We are a complete Independent Insurance Brokerage! What does this mean? It means we have more companies than ever before to offer our clients. It means as of 09/01/2024, we written 9 out of 10 quoted after shopping for them. it means ANY AND ALL of you that has been insured with us in the past will want to give my office a call! Growth is hard, expensive and stressful but I started this company in 2004. We built a great reputation for integrity and doing what is right. Yes, I have the ability to shop everything including life insurance with all top carriers! It is going to be interesting this next year! Insurance office customer service representative with duties such as making calls, sending letters, emails and other correspondence to existing clients, monitoring social media, answering phones, help clients with changes, process applications, quoting, etc. Must be proficient in Adobe, Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook. Insurance licensed preferred but not required. Experience using agency management system and quoting is a plus. Must be comfortable and EXTREMELY computer literate. Insurance license in Property and Casualty must be obtained within 6 months of date of hire if not licensed. We are an established, family-owned Insurance agency with an excellent reputation in our community! We insure throughout state of Arizona.

Job Type: Full-time / Part time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 to 40
