What do you wish someone had told you before you started your business?

Here’s mine:
✅ You’re not selling a service- you’re building relationships.
✅ Trust takes time and patient endurancence
✅ Some days, you’ll question everything… but you keep pressing forward.
Running a business is no joke—especially in the trades.
The early mornings, the long days, the last-minute problems.
And still, you show up. That’s what I admire most about the contractors I work with. Itakes a certain amount of grit to get up and keep going everyday.
