y otra muy diferente es invertir, hacer los números y evaluar realmente la oportunidad.

El mercado cambia.
Las tasas cambian.
Los precios cambian.

Pero hay algo que NO cambia:

🏡 Una buena decisión inmobiliaria se toma con análisis, no con opiniones repetidas.

No compres porque alguien te diga que sí.
Y tampoco dejes de comprar porque alguien te diga que no.

Haz los números. Entiende tus opciones. Y toma tu propia decisión.
