Coastline Mortgage is hiring a **Mortgage Operations & Growth Manager** to help build and scale a unique mortgage platform focused on operational excellence, compliance, growth, leadership, and long-term scalability.
**Minimum Requirement: 5+ years of mortgage processing experience.**

✔ $75,000 - $85,000 Base Salary
