She has held various customer service positions in diverse industries including retail, hospitality, the medical field, government, and Securities and Exchange Commission filing agencies creating over nineteen years of customer service experience. Driven by her passion, Jessica joined the Real Estate Industry in 2015 as an office assistant, and within a few short months, she was able to acquire he
r salespersons license. Early in her Real Estate career, Jessica supervised a brokerage office, managed all the office sales transactions, conducted office operations, and she was the listing coordinator for the brokerage. On a monthly basis, Jessica would manage between 20 to 30 real estate transactions. Jessica had the pleasure of representing different types of clients including first-time home buyers, first-time home sellers, rental income investors, rehab investors, commercial buyers, and commercial sellers. These experiences allowed her to gain strong skill sets such as negotiating, marketing, client service, transaction coordinating, and management. After several years of being a salesperson licensee for Real Estate Brokerages, Jessica decided to further develop her Real Estate career, and she earned her Real Estate Broker’s License. This achievement allowed her to open her own Real Estate Brokerage and allowed her to be accepted into the one-of-a-kind Broker Only Real Estate Network, BrokerInTrust. BrokerInTrust is a client-focused environment that allows Brokers to share personal skills and experiences which, in turn, enhance their service to clients. Jessica is the youngest Broker in the Network and she has close to 500 managed sale transactions.
To keep up with current times, trends, and encourage change when deemed necessary, Jessica serves on two local Real Estate Associations as a member of the Local Government Relations Committee and Education Committee for the Pasadena-Foothills Association and a member of the Events Committee for Southland Regional Association of Realtors®. Client satisfaction is Jessica’s number one priority. She’s always striving to improve her skill set by keeping up with ever-changing requirements and gaining insight about everything Real Estate has to offer. She attends Broker-Only meetings from the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) and local Member Association meetings. Jessica Lupian has obtained the e-PRO® certification from the Nation Association of Realtors (N.A.R), the most up-to-date real estate technology, strategy, and personal information safeguard training available. Jessica has also acquired a Certificate of Completion for Commercial Real Estate, enhancing property valuation and transactional analysis which include lease and sales negotiations. Jessica Lupian is always looking to provide valuable guidance and resources to her clients during what can be the most stressful financial transaction anyone can go through.
