SKILLS YOUR SHOULD HAVE:
- Must Speak both Spanish and English fluently
- Cross-Sell and upsell our products.
- You deliver high-quality customer service in a way that generates us referral business.
- You are a master at setting appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize weekly meetings and appointments &
- Ensure appointments are completed and rescheduling as needed.
- You handle as many customer service tasks as you can for the sales agents so they are able to focus on sales and annual insurance reviews.
- Check voicemail and distribute messages.
- Greet walk-in customers and vendors.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Take payments and handle any billing issues that the agent or customer is having.
- Learning the Farmers billing system, and getting fully trained to spread payments, answer questions, request extensions, and reinstatements.
- Balance the payments each day and prepare deposits for the bank.
𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Reply to email, phone or face-to-face inquiries.
- Contacting customers on a daily basis for required payments.
- Follow up with agents to ensure required documentation is received and approved.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Place our bi-weekly office supply order on amazon.
- Take and relay messages.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
- Existing Insurance License is a Plus
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Proven sales skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy, including exporting documents, converting to and from PDFs, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish) is an advantage
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in Googe Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheet, Drive, etc), Monday.com, Slack, MS Office (Word, Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
- Must be able to stay professional, and adapt to different conversations including upset customers
- Must have excellent multi-tasking skills and be able to work under pressure
