Kelley, Jiggins & Associates Kelley, Jiggins and Associates was established back in 1970 as Kelley, Jones, and Blue Insurance Agency under the control of Joesph Dale Kelley.

In 1976, Ronald Jiggins joined the agency and the name was changed to Kelley, Jiggins, and Blue. Through the years, Kelley, Jiggins and Associates has grown through mergers and acquisitions. Our staff has developed excellent relationships with our existing companies as well as adding new companies to offer a wide array of insurance services to our clients.
