Now that the claims have been filed for Hurrican Beryl and repairs are being completed - we wanted to be sure that IF RECOVERABLE DEPRECIATION was deducted from your claim to be sure you request to get those funds. Call us if you need help..

This post is for anyone living in a WINDSTORM county Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Chambers and a portion of Harris - for these counties are required to have inspections to meet Windstorm Building requirements --
- I would suggest that everyone make sure that your home has the required certificates.

Your insurance carrier may or may not require this but I HIGHLY recommend you know where your certificates are.
