I added more to the kitchen to finish up the town house in Dundalk. It’s up for sale and the price was lowered. Looking forward to selling this to someone that’s going to enjoy it!😊

Getting ready to do my next fix and flip! Just went to settlement on July 30th and started demoing the kitchen and house on the 31st!😊
It is a duplex home in Herald Harbor in Crownsville, Maryland. Very excited! Looking forward to sharing this with you!

My Dundalk townhome went on the market as coming soon, over a week ago and now is listed!😊We were delayed for a few things at the end, but now we’re good!😊 So excited that it’s listed and are getting photos updated. Hopefully we’ll find a Happy Homebuyer that will like our townhouse rehab! Also, we had a lot of votes for a green door so I decided to do green! Thank you for all the great ideas and comments on this project!💕

The townhouse is coming along!😊Hanging cabinets, finishing bathroom tiles and trim. The paint inside and the floors are done. Doing more trim, they need to clean up and get finals done and make sure everything is checked over. The appliances are coming Monday and they still need to finish the outside.
Looking to finish next week!🎉😀Need to put it on the market, list Coming Soon, hopefully tomorrow or Monday! Just wanted to keep you updated. Excited it’s moving along.

Having fun continuing to work on the townhouse! I want to Thank you for all the ideas on colors for the front door! 😊 We have the drywall up with mud! And the kitchen cabinets were delivered today too. Just passed the second draw! Next ready to cleanup, start sanding and then doing tiles! Its exciting!
