Quick tip for anyone thinking about buying right now — here’s what I’m seeing:

A lot of buyers are sitting on the sidelines waiting for rates to drop.

I get it… but here’s the reality:

The moment rates drop, more buyers jump back in.
That means more competition, more bidding wars, and higher prices.

Right now?
There’s less competition!
More room to negotiate!
More opportunity to actually win an offer!
