• One true dealbreaker

For many buyers, it is about making a home work better.
More buyers are looking at renovation as a way to:
• Open up a layout
• Create space for a home office
• Update an older kitchen for better functionality
• Improve how the home fits their everyday needs
The conversation is shifting from “Can we live with this?”
to “Can we make this work for us?”
That is where renovation becomes a strategy.
